Eric responded within twenty minutes of my request. He had the problem diagnosed within 12 hours and the repair was finished in 48 hours. The big box store wanted me to buy a new computer, saying that the motherboard couldn't be fixed. (Eric did it.) I recommend his service highly.

Dropped my laptop off on Tuesday and the diagnosed it that same day as a damaged hard drive (due to being dropped). Hard drive was replaced and Windows installed and I had it back by Thursday. Everything's working great! Thanks for being so quick!

Somehow Windows 10 downloaded without my permission, which caused many problems including monitors not working, system not booting up..etc. Eric was a great help and had great communication throughout. In the end, the problem was solved!
