Working on an old house there are always surprises and Ken is able to innovate to take situations in stride while accomplishing a quality result. I had contracted Ken to replace my back door and address sagging in my deck. Initially he thought the deck could be jacked up and properly attached to the house but discovered that the sill plate was totally rotted. He took on the task of removing the deck, replacing the sill plate and rot around the rear door. I had no idea how bad the situation was and was so grateful for his expertise and work quality. He also agreed to replace 5 of my 7 window sills and wrap all the windows with aluminum. With the deck gone I chose to have a patio poured and new stairs installed. He took care of getting everything done for me. He also took on a number of other projects around my house. The quality of his work is exceptional. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
