P&C Remodeling are definitely the guys you want for the job! I submitted a request on Trulia one evening, and by the very next morning, they were at my door for an estimate. Once we agreed on the price, there was no delay—no “we’ll start tomorrow.” Instead, they got to work right away! I have been a landlord in the city of Rochester for over eight years. In my experience, it is always hard to find workers who are reliable, affordable, and do good work. This past week I had come into town, as I live out of state, and had a worker lined up to help me do some work inside one of my units. When that person failed to show up, and stopped taking my calls, I was desperate. I went on Thumbtack and reached out to several painters. P&Cremodeling was the first to respond to my request. Sandeil called me and we spoke on the phone and he said “I can be there in 25 minutes’” This was on a SUNDAY. He immediately showed up, and we talked about the work that I needed done, as well as a very fair price. After he took the time to show me some of the FABULOUS remodels he has done, I immediately knew this was the guy I needed. The very next day, he had his workers at the apartment at 7:45 AM, which was 15 minutes EARLIER than they were supposed to be there. When I showed up to check on things around 10:00, they were almost done with the bedroom and the living room! The work looked AMAZING! They did the walls in the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom, plus the cabinets, trim, window sills and doors, all in one day. I even had him put in new vinyl flooring, which not only did I pick out off the Home Depot app that he had, he was able to price out EXACTLY how much the material was going to cost, based off his measurements. The receipt he provided me was exactly the same price that the app had shown. The very next day, his guy was there on time to install the kitchen floor. He was finished within hours, and again he did an AMAZING job!!! He is now coming to help my mom install a French drain in her back patio to prevent water from leaking into her family room. After all these years of being disappointed with by the quality of work, or being told “I’ll be there tomorrow,” by other workers, I have found the perfect team to help me with anything I need. As the owner of a nine unit building, there is always work to get done. I am so happy that Sundeil was the first person to call me back. Any of you folks out there looking for a team who SHOWS UP, does QUALITY work at an AFFORDABLE price, this is the team you want! You will not be disappointed!!
