- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for renovation works is transparent and competitive. We provide an initial cost estimate after assessing the site, which allows us to more accurately determine the materials and labor required. The price may vary depending on the complexity of the work, the size of the area, and the materials chosen. We also offer discounts for regular customers, as well as for larger projects. If you have multiple projects, we can discuss special terms and discounts. For detailed information on discounts and cooperation conditions, please contact our manager.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Consultation: We start with a free consultation to understand your needs and answer any questions. 2) Assessment & Estimate: After the consultation, we visit the site to assess the work and provide a detailed estimate of costs, materials, and timeline. 3) Agreement & Scheduling: Once the estimate is approved, we sign a contract and set a start date for the project. 4) Work Execution: We begin the work according to the agreed schedule, keeping you informed about progress. 5) Completion & Review: After finishing the work, we conduct a final walk-through with you and make any necessary adjustments. 6) Support: After project completion, we remain available for any follow-up support or additional services. We aim to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction at every stage.
