Since each and every client is unique with their own specific needs, we like to communicate with new clients extensively as we begin a new relationship. It's important for Rochester Maid Service to completely understand each clients needs so that we can exceed their expectations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Early on in my career I worked for a general contractor. I was responsible for hiring the cleaning crews and ensuring the "punch list" was executed. I began to realize that all cleaning companies are not the same. Some were consistent and provided value, while others simply did not meet my expectations. I took note of the qualities that I liked and the qualities I was not so fond of and built a business based on them. To this day we continue to adjust and adapt to our clients needs and wants.
