- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Project location, preparation, services needed and material costs will play into my project estimate for each client. For example, I consider factors like painting trim, window casings, doors and wall repairs into my estimate. I am willing to travel a bit as well as offer pick up and delivery services of most furniture projects. All that said, I am competitively priced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a new client to review the project together, typically 20 minutes up to an hour. After this, I will contact the client to review my estimate within 1-2 business days. An invoice is provided with a breakdown of the labor and materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
>Attended Rochester Institute of Technology for Woodworking and Furniture Design, 2009. >Worked for furniture refinishers and builders, 2014-2020. >Studied chair caning and repairs, 2019. >Began establishing clients in the Rochester, Syracuse and Buffalo areas, 2020-present. >I am always learning!
