PREP painting just did a big job at our home over several days. They were outstanding! They showed up when they said they would, worked all day, cleaned up every night and didn't leave until we were satisfied! They went above and beyond and paid attention to small details. The crew was very polite and personable. We showed them what color paint we wanted and they did the rest. Outstanding customer service, excellent pricing and all round good guys!!!

I hired them to paint the walls, ceilings, and trim for a 1450 sq. ft. 1-floor unit which my mother was moving into. My mother loved the paint work; her unit really sparkles now. I was impressed with P.R.E.P.'s speed & quality in doing paint work. Being Deaf, I'd like to recognize them for being Deaf-friendly—Jared took his time to explain the ins and outs of the paint job through his phone to me.

We hired PREP to complete a larger interior paint/drywall repair/wallpaper removal job in our home - in total, 4 rooms (living room, hallway, kitchen and bedroom). Jared, Jeremy and the rest of the PREP team did a phenomenal job. Our walls were covered in old wallpaper glue and/or wallpaper backing and needed substantial patchwork as well. PREP took extra care in making sure the walls were in excellent condition prior to painting. Our wallpaper was not entirely cooperative in coming off, the work that was necessary to remove it was (in my opinion) on the more difficult side - but the PREP team completed it with great results. I can't say enough good things about this team! We're already in the process of re-hiring for additional paint jobs for our home. Do yourself a favor - don't look any further! These guys are great, on-time, clean up the job site, and explain every step of the process thoroughly. I probably asked Jared 100+ questions regarding this job and he was extremely patient with me, made sure I was informed and satisfied every step of the way.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on what a customer wants. We give three teir prices on request. Teir 1: Just paint it Teir 2: Extensive prep. Everything noticeably better. Teir 3: As close to perfection as is possible. Often Teir 2 is the most popular choice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always learning something new and take any faux finish class that comes along. We stay up to date on all new products released throughout the year.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I finished high school. Didn't feel ready for college so I dove head first into painting and never looked back. No regrets.
