- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for repairs start at $100.00 for the service call, this covers the first half hour of work typically, then a free estimate follows for any additional work needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with any potential client by listening. Very often I find that people feel their experiences with other contractors goes with details being missed that a client wants, or, a contractor does not do what they say they will do. Desco is a contracting company that DOES what they SAY, because we listen to our clients needs. I also, offer my knowledge and insight, I love what I do, and love to educate my clients of the process and steps needed for any project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training, in the field of contracting, comes from 30 years experience. I started working right out of high school as a maintenance mechanic at a local factory. Working until 2001 for Xerox, I started Desco Property Services. Our business operation ranges from Real Estate development to Construction services and repair. A working Real Estate agent for 5 years, I am well educated in the field of Real Estate Sales and leasing.
