Wonderful to work with! This is a crew of 2 brothers and their cousin. They were all born in Ukraine but spent most of their lives here. The oldest and the crew leader is the one I communicated with, although they were all nice, polite young men. They got to work on schedule, and, in spite of delays and my changing my mind about some of the plans, they got the job done by their projected end date (in time for me to keep my home insurance as the exterior needed several repairs before painting). I went with them as they could do both the repairs and the painting, and none of the others I contracted could do both. Their estimate was also less than the other contractor who gave an estimate. I also felt more comfortable with them. They were earnest and so flexible when I suggested changes. Like when they did one coat of paint on my shed, and then it occurred to me that it would look better with the contrasting trim and red doors like the house has. They were willing to accommodate me since they hadn't put the 2nd coat on yet (and the shed is fairly small). I'm so glad they did as it really pops now and looks like a fun mini-barn! They have even come back 3 times to fix bleed-through conditions and 1 spot of peeling paint

M Works repaired and repainted our siding, along with replacing gutters and refinishing the back deck. It was a big job and they did great! I was impressed at how well they did working around the weather and still finishing everything pretty quickly! We love the new look of our house!

M Works Contracting LLC responded immediately after I entered my request for a vinyl siding repair. They were already nearby, offered a reasonable quote for the work, and were at my house doing the siding repair within minutes. In addition to doing a nice job replacing my damaged siding, they provided advice for a low cost solution to another siding problem. I will be happy to use M Works again in the future.
