- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have to figure out what it is you really want. We have to dig down deep and determine your goals. Then we explore creating success out of that. It starts with this question "What's really on your mind?"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator - both level I and two, I'm certified in the Actualize Leader Profile and Group Culture Profile as well as a Master Certified DISC practitioner. I have studied under the best (Sparks, Kroeger, Pearman, Bridges, Hirsh, Thompson, Rutlige).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm good at it and followed my heart.Enabling people and leaders to find their YES is my thing. I don't know why, it just is. It FIRES me UP!
