- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have set prices for many standard sized businesses and homes, there are also additional charges per hour for any cleaning that runs over the "normal" times needed to complete that task. For example a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Apartment Clean-out is $110.00 for 2 cleaners at 2 hours, then $35.00 for any hour over the assigned 4 hours total.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with clients, give a quote based on the cleanliness of the home, size, and what services you'd like us to provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No, however, we do keep up with trends in the cleaning industry, review products and try new trending items!
