Tim is everything you want in a handyman. First, he is extremely professional and diligent. He took notes of the problem I was having at a tenants home. He said he identified the likely cause of the issue, and he would communicate directly with the tenant to schedule a day to fix the problem. Sure enough, my phone rang the day Tim said he’d get it done early afternoon, explaining the fix and that it was all set. He was done very fast and for a reasonable rate. My tenant was happy and told me to use him again for sure. I’ll be using him in the future not only for maintenance items, but for larger projects as I can tell he has the experience. I’ve been doing rentals for quite some time and have seen it all. Tim is professional and does great work.

They helped us with our kitchen backsplash and other tasks in the kitchen. They were on time and professional and it looks great. I found some issues later that I didn’t identify when they finished and they quickly came back out to take care of it. Will definitely be working with them again.

Tim was fantastic! He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the finished product. Even with a family emergency in the midst of my project, he managed to stay a little later and complete the project and clean up without disturbing my family time. When complications came up he showed me and explained the various ways of fixing it or what to do about it to allow to me chose. He was willing to do anything I wanted to ensure my satisfaction. He is also a woodworker and is going to build me a shelf to match my new bathroom! I definitely have my new permanent handyman!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts to military, police, fire fighters, emt and for senior citizens. Discounts only apply to labor cost excludes any and all materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make contacted with the customer and set up an appointment to view the work being requested. Once I view the scope of work I will put together an estimate and submit it to the customer.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started working with my uncle when I was a teenager learning what I could during school and summer breaks.
