Mike came to my house to fix a minor plumbing issue and he was responsive right away and on time. He was even able to identify the problem with me explaining it and providing pictures before he arrived to my house. I really enjoyed working with him because he was calm, pleasant, not pushy, knowledgeable, flexible and willing to work with me. Sometimes when dealing with unfamiliar contractors/workers, its normal to get nervous about all kinds of things. I would hire him again without hesitation. He seemed to be a good guy trying to earn a honest living.
