FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers. I do my best to assure that any work that I perform in their home/ business/ property etc. will be performed with the highest attention to detail, and respect for the clients property. I take pride in all projects that I am a part of, no matter how big or small. I like to make a new customer feel comfortable, and assured that they are being delivered a product that is well worth the hard earned dollar that they are spending.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Apex technical school in the Electrical program. After graduating with a certificate of qualification to perform Electrical work, I have been working on the field for about 10 years, on various projects for a number of customers, contractors etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working in a local fast food restaurant, and working in the party entertainment field on the weekends. I very much enjoyed what I was doing, and was moving ahead quickly in both jobs. I figured with the same work ethic, I could do something that was more rewarding, and had more room for growth. My brother applied for school at Apex technical school to become and electrician, and told me all about it. The next day, I hopped on the bus to Jamaica, and then took 2 subways until I was outside of the school. After the orientation, and after seeing what I could become apart of, I immediately applied for the first available class, and 10 years later, I am doing a job that I very much enjoy.
