Great work by Jonas. He gave honest advice/feedback around the issue I had with wall plugs. It wasn't a simple fix, but tough troubleshooting. Instead of giving a general solution for fixing the issue, he went above and beyond to discover the actual problem and fixed it at the root. Highly recommended.
