- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are always negotiable. We are always willing to work with the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will set up an onsite meeting with the customer. At this meeting we will review the scope of work the homeowner is looking to have accomplished. Upon review, SCI will provide a detailed cost estimate for the project. Once accepted by the homeowner, SCI will schedule the work accordingly to what best fits everyone's timeline.
