AMAZING JOB!!! went above and beyond. Very fair price, excellent communication. Quick too! I can't get over the transformation. We had our hardwood floors sanded stained, and polyurethaned. Also hardwood installation in our living room. They were very caring making sure we were happy with the color and whole process. Since we had existing floors they did a near perfect color to match then new installation in the adjoining room. Very professional using barriers for dust. They put new base mouldings, painted, caulked and you can not see any seems. Just great detailing and craftsmanship. Thank you so much. Would love to do another project soon.

I have to say working with Ivan and team was an amazing experience. I have done many home remodels, and this basement remodel was great. From the outside work,to carpenty, plumbing, electrical, heating, painting, flooring, and his team cleans up each day, and at the end of the project cklean everything , vacume and even mop the floors - Top quality and 100% caring. Ivan and his team always make recommendations, and always are cost conscious, as materials have gone up tremendously with the tariffs. He is someone who you keep in your contacts to call for any projects small to large. I rate him 10 stars!!.. His team are always on time, friendly, honest, and all of them go the extra mile to make you happy. I will be using him gaian for two upcoming projects. ****Call today **** , you will not be sorry. Brian
