I am so incredibly pleased with the work Mr. Nicholas did on my closet shelf. This project was a source of major frustration for me, as I discovered my walls were old plaster and not drywall, which made my DIY attempt impossible. Mr. Nicholas was a lifesaver. He was highly responsive and immediately put my mind at ease with his knowledge and experience with plaster walls. He was able to come out on short notice, assess the situation, and professionally install the shelf. He did an amazing job! The shelf is perfectly level, completely secure, and look fantastic.
