Today was the second time that technician Rich came to my home to either install handrails in the bathroom and bedroom or assemble a trapez as was the case today. Rich was courteous, engaging, propmt, professional and takes pride in his work as is evident with the sturdy rails and trapez. He also goes out of his way to thank me for serving our great nation as an Army Iraq Veteran. Greg the phone representative is also engaging and filled of positive energy. I highly recommend this company for any o your medical adaptive needs.
