- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and varies on the type of job that needs to be done. It can be difficult to determine what color will best suit your style and home or business. Therefore, we provide professional consulting to ensure you get the perfect color or product for your next painting project. We provide top-level service that is completed on time and within budget for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in beginning any painting project is the estimate. Once you contact us, we will schedule an exact time to come and view your project. We will show up on time, and do a walk-through of the job site. We will ask a series of questions to ensure customers understand the results they are trying to achieve. Before we leave, we would advise the customer that we will get back to them within 24-48 hours with the finalized price. There is no pressure to commit but if customers decide R & F Paint Pros we will begin on the day we agreed upon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 2004, R & F Paint Pros has been serving our customers by providing top-quality painting services. Our company started in Huntington NY, growing and obtaining jobs in different areas throughout the New York NY area. We are qualified in doing interior or exterior painting, spraying, using any type of paint, spackling, priming and finishing all different types of surfaces.
