- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is discussed, negotiated and when agreeable we can move forward working with each other.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sit down and have a consultation to find out what your needs/wants are. Ask you best practices for your convenience. In general, get to know you and in turn you get to know me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. I HAVE to take 22.5 hours of continuing education every two years to keep my licences current but I far surpass that. I attend as many conferences, seminars, workshops, webinars, classes as I possibly can. I also am an avid reader and will listen to audio books in the car just about every day. I have also authored a few books on Real Estate myself.
