We developed a problem of ice in our gutter and on our roof that was leaking into the house. The guys were great! They showed up same day within a few hours of my phone call to clear the roof of ice and end the leaking of melting ice into our kitchen. From phone service to the men who did the work, they were courteous, patient and the men were very hardworking. We especially appreciated the them working through very cold temps.

Leakstoppers was comprehensive in its proposal and amenable to a cost saving change before they started work. Once we agreed on the work, they went right to work and completed on time. They sealed our waterfront home for leaks. Nothing has leaked since they were here.

Over the past 10 years, I have used John and his guys several times on different structures: barn, personal residence and two rentals. The first time I need a roofer I called around. There are some real piece-of-work roofers out there. I called John last, paid the fee to get him out to Peconic. He said he could repair the roof (it had nail pops and flashing issues) the other guys just wanted to replace big sections or all of it, repairs were not possible. Leak Stoppers got the job, and several more over the following years: Full tear off replacements, partial replacements, masonry repairs to chimneys, chimney caps, chimney crickets, flashing and patching. They have pretty well done it all for me.Living out of state, I need people that I can depend on to tell me the truth, and not blow a lot of smoke. So when I find a dependable craftsman, they earn a place in my contact list and continue to be called as I have done with Leak Stoppers.

Promptly showed up the same day that I called and offered an estimate right away.They showed up to work on the day promised and finished in the same day.Great quality job! Cleaned up ... left no nails or debris scattered around.
