Roldantas did a good job painting two rooms for us and installing molding. Also they were very neat - cleaning up after each day.

There is not enough room here to praise Luis and his team for their work on my extremely old bathroom. Luis is skilled at everything, especially tiling. He is kind, attentive and extremely conscientious. He also has been very enthusiastic about my small project, offering great ideas and approaching the work with a positive attitude. Additionally, Luis is an excellent problem solver and has found tradespeople for other aspects of the job who are as good as he is. Moreover, Luis and his team are highly trustworthy and I had no qualms about not being in my home when they were there. I already have recommended him to a friend and cannot wait to hire him again. He is truly outstanding.

I hired them to paint my living room, foyer and bedroom areas. He showed up w/his wife who he said that she helps out from time to time. I thought it would be another professional painter. He overestimated the amount of paint he needed, and hence, I have unused bucket of paint. Did he offer to return it? No. I noticed that he had missed a spot when he left. How he missed it, I'm unsure since it was so obvious to me Initially, I thought he did a good job, however, he did not properly prep or protect my floors. I noticed lots of paint droppings/splattered on the floor. Now, I have to find a way to remove all the drippings. Certainly not worth the money I paid. I could have done it at a fraction of what he charged. Never again.

Luis Rolon refinished our basement. We added a full bath, a bedroom and play area. He did the framing and drywall and painting as well as other carpenter work, and the basement looks beautiful. He also made a window seat for us upstairs and it looks like it fits in perfectly.
