- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One-page menu design starts at $250, flyers and business cards start at $125, and basic logo packages start at $250. Final pricing depends on the number of pages, amount of content, and design requirements. Standard quotes include two rounds of revisions and agreed PDF, PNG, or JPEG files. Printing and additional work are quoted separately, so you know the cost before we begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation about your business, audience, style, budget, and deadline. I review your wording, photos, logo, and any examples you like, then confirm the scope and price. After presenting an initial design, I work through the included revision rounds with you and deliver the approved files in the agreed sizes and formats.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background combines hands-on design experience with many years in restaurant operations, management, and customer service. I have created menus, promotional materials, logos, and business cards for restaurants and small businesses. I use Adobe Express and bring practical knowledge of readability, organization, and how materials are used in everyday business.
