- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I use a flexible approach in my process for working with customers. That includes using Teams, Zoom, Facetime, or Skype. This flexibility has helped my students to continue participating in extracurricular activities or athletics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified educational planner (CEP). Also, I have a master's degree in education focusing on higher education administration.
