What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Face-to-face approach during the first meeting is my typical process working with a new customer. I feel that such an approach helps me better understand the family needs. It also gives me more insights about the environment existing between parents and the child with regards to the college admissions process.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire a person/company that has the experience and work ethics that will support your family and daughter or son to find the perfect "fit" college or university without leaving you with an empty wallet.
