- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
📝 Step 1: The customer submits a request — via Thumbtack, *****, or our ******* 📞 Step 2: We follow up, clarify the details, and schedule a free on-site estimate 📐 Step 3: On-site, we assess the space, perform a BTU calculation, plan the routing, and determine installation type 📧 Step 4: We send a written proposal within 24 hours 📅 Step 5: Once approved, we schedule the job, sign the agreement, and assist with permits (EUP/COC) if needed 🛠️ Step 6: Installation usually takes 1–3 days, depending on the number of zones and project complexity ✅ Step 7: Final inspection, photos, customer instructions — and you're all set!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
🧰 We are EPA 608 Type II certified and trained in the installation and servicing of both ductless and ducted HVAC systems, including brands like Mitsubishi, Della, and others. ⚡ Our team is experienced in electrical connections, copper pipe brazing, and ductwork installation, following all relevant NYC mechanical and building codes. 📜 We also hold G-60 and S-60 FDNY certifications, required for refrigeration and combustion systems in New York City.
