Planned a much needed getaway for a change of scenery and to rejuvenate and relax. Wanted this to be as stress-free and relaxed as possible, which included not having to deal with public transportation. So I decided to treat myself a little more and hire a car service, so I can just sit back and relax.
Contacted a couple locations for pricing, and for some reason I was drawn to NY Star Limo service.
When making the reservation, I was a little concerned with the time in between responses. I believe that concern was also attributed to my waiting until two days before I needed the service to make a decision. The reservation was made and confirmed through Thumbtack, something that was out of character for me becaise I usially prefer speaking with someone before money is exchanged.
There was no need to worry, however. I received confirmation and my driver Renzo was right on time, with a clean vehicle, that gave allowed me the space and relaxation needed to enjoy my ride to AC. He was professional, yet personable, a real gentlemen. I appreciated the fact that he was also my driver for my return trip home.
I appreciated that I was provided with the service noted on the site and the vehicle discussed. I will definitely reach out again when the need or want arises. It's a great feeling when you pay gor a service and get the service promised.

I used NY STAR to take me to JFK airport. I was picking up something.The experience was perfect. I was there on time. I felt safe . The driver was very friendly, but still professional. I would recommend if you need a car service this company is the one to choose. I know this is the only one il use next time.
