I do pricing homes in a format with adjustments like an appraisal, with trends and cost of repairs if any, including opinion at what an engineer looks at, and a complete report on the home including an audit on on the zip code, so you know the market as I know it. I am certified in 6 areas of real estate. My goal is to give the best value for my service. 90% of my business is from prior clients. When it's all done, 10% of my earnings go to help others in need including children's hospital and families in need. I have been servicing my clients as if they were my family.
