We did a ton of spring cleaning at the house and had about 20 black hefty bags in need of removal. Steve quoted me the cheapest price and was also first to reply. He showed up when promised and was very easy to negotiate a fair price with to remove some additional trash from the property. Will contact again if needed!

I contacted Steven to powerwash my home...I thought Steven was great, personable, engaging and with great work ethics. Steven did a fabulous job! My home sparkeled, he also cleaned my two sets of stairs and all the cement blocks around my entire home. Something you don't see often with contractors is the lack of respect for your property, not one plant was disturbed and Steve cleaned up everything when he was done. My neighbor next door had her home cleaned the next day....I thought her home was beige....it is yellow! So clean. Next week Steven is doing the house across the street. I would recommend Steven in a heart beat.

Steven was excellent from start to finish. I am glad that I chose him. I was very pleased with his work. He was friendly accommodating and he worked really hard and took his time and the gutter cleaning and power wash looked amazing when he finished. Will hire him again in the fall to do the gutters. Photos are of the job when it was finished. Steven forgot to take before pictures.

Steve did great job cleaning a crawl space that was very cluttered and dirty. Not a fun job and he was a fast worker. We had him back to clean garage and again, efficient and thorough. Also, did some repair work we had not asked him to do
