I met with Brandon who was very knowledgeable about pest control. He helped me get rid of some roaches in my bathroom. Brandon was kind (even played with my three year old daughter) and was kind enough to put traps in the basement just incase of mice. He gave me his number just in case of any problems in the future. Contacted me quickly back & set up job for the next day. Arrived next day during time slot given. I pointed out nest and was told they were an “aggressive type of hornet.”

Took a walk around property to check for other possible issues before beginning to exterminate. Exterminated nesting area and other questionable areas.

I purchased an extra year warranty. It seemed like the smart thing to do with the type of hornets, and that I was totally oblivious of the football sized nest above my side door which I went out of daily.

I feel confident in the job done and would be covered by the warranty without concerns. Professional and personable. Would hire again without question.
