Hired Jack to mount my TV and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. He was communicative throughout; quick to respond, clear on timing, no chasing him down. When he got here he actually walked me through the options and made recommendations instead of just doing the bare minimum, which I appreciated. The install itself is flawless. Clean, level, cables tucked away, no mess left behind. Professional, easy to work with, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.
