- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service call is $89, which includes the diagnostic and is applied toward the repair if you move forward. Labor and parts pricing is explained up front, and I offer a 6-month warranty on parts and 3-month warranty on labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive a lead, arrange about time of appointment with the customer, then do an inspection, if I can fix it on the spot, I will fix it, if a replacement part is needed, I will send an estimate within 1 day, if the customer approved, I make a new appointment and complete the repair.
