Highly unprofessional. Spoke to Dylan, he made big promises on the first day assuring us that he has experience and would handle the issue with care and diligence. Then kept rescheduling the appointment 4 times in row making up different excuses knowing that we has taken off work for him. Then last day after multiple calls told us he was 40 mins away , again keeping us waiting but never showed up and stopped answering our calls and messages. Did not even have the courtesy to cancel or respond back. Huge waste of time and highly unprofessional.
