- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I follow a standard pricing structure for drinks, which is prominently displayed or easily accessible to customers. This includes the prices for individual drinks as well as any specials and also depends on how many customers and where is going to be the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess the customer’s preferences by asking questions such as what type of flavors they enjoy, if they have any allergies or dietary restrictions, and if they have any favorite spirits or cocktails, based on the customer’s preferences, I recommend a few cocktails that I think they would enjoy. I explain the ingredients and flavors of each cocktail to help the customer make an informed choice, Once the customer has chosen a cocktail, I prepare it with care, using high-quality ingredients and paying attention to detail to ensure that the drink is well-balanced and visually appealing.
