We use truck mount, top of the line, commercial grade machinery and our primary goal is customer satisfaction by providing excellence. We have been a family-owned business since 1995 and provide our customers throughout LI and Queens carpet, upholstery, rugs and tile cleaning, residential and commercial, the most effective steam cleaning/sanitizing. I'm a self made business owner and grew my business over the years by doing the right thing, providing great, reputable work for my customers and creating a great reputation for myself and my company. What a great job they did! I coordinated this project from Massachusetts for my mother-in-law in New York. They arrived on time and did an amazing job cleaning her carpets. They were so accommodating with us in answering our questions before the job and resounding to our needs while on the job. The carpets look brand new. Great company....great service!

After researching many companies, I choose Spotless Carpet Cleaning and Restoration to clean our carpets. The office staff was very professional, courteous, and flexible to work in an appointment time around our hectic schedule. John who came to clean the carpets did a fantastic job leaving the carpets looking practically brand new. After utilizing another well known carpet cleaning company to clean the same carpets about 6 months ago and gettig very different results. The other company was not able to clean dirt from the high traffic zones in the carpets. John was able accomplish this with the equipment he uses and we are extremely happy with the end results. Overall, our entire experience in working with Spotless Carpet Cleaning was very positive and will be using them again soon to clean the remaining carpets.

We price by area(about12'x12') and also by type of material/fabric/commercial/residential. We also price by size and material of upholstery.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to what the customer needs and advise on the best method to get their project completed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed Through IICRC and complete required certifications every year. We attend training to stay updated on the last methods of cleaning and new machines in the market. We are also fully insured.
