Groner Service responded to my request within minutes. When I spoke to Jason on the phone, he provided clear and easy to understand concepts and advice over the phone. We quickly set up time for an on-site visit to get an estimate. Unlike other contractors, they did not charge for the on-site visit, which was a plus their estimate came back extremely quickly, and although not the cheapest, they also were far from the most expensive expensive.
The work was scheduled within four days of agreeing to the work. The work was done extremely quickly everything was explained to the T the guys were neat and clean. They went above and beyond in my opinion, and did not leave until I was assured that the system was operating to my satisfaction the following morning, I received a call from Jason to make sure that I was happy and to explain my warranty. I’m extremely happy with the service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of air-conditioning service or installation.
