Ash was extremely helpful in explaining the issue with my PC and how he was going to fix it. His service was excellent and timely throughout the process. I highly recommend him for any tech support issues.

Ash was excellent to work with. When I opened the service request, he was very prompt with his reply. He asked me to describe the issues I was experiencing, and once showing he understood, immediately offered to come to my home to pickup the device so that he could diagnose it in his own computer lab. He did an excellent job providing me with updates throughout the process, and once completed, he arranged a day & time that were best with my schedule to return the laptop to my home.

Unrelated to the service, he was kind to my entire family when he was in my house, and that reflects the type of person he is.

I would highly recommend Ash, and will absolutely contact him again with future software/hardware concerns.
