Spoke with Gerry over the phone for the first time this week. He was extremely eager to help and very resourceful. He walked through a solution that I would be able to perform myself. The instruction was clear and he walked through them meticulously. I will certainly plan to utilize Gerry's onsite service if and when the online solution could not be completed successfully. Will also plan to call Gerry if I have any other issues requiring a greater technical mind then my own. He was awesome.

Will speak to the client to see what he or she is needed. I will do a wellness check on your computer to see what you have and what is needed to get to the desired solution.
