- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Illumigen, we treat every customer the way we’d want to be treated—fairly, honestly, and with respect. There are no hard sells or unnecessary upsells—just straightforward guidance with integrity from start to finish. We break down every discussion into clear, easy-to-understand terms so you always know what to expect. For projects requiring an on-site look, we offer free in-home estimates. When possible, and to respect your time, we also provide virtual consultations. Our goal is to deliver a high-quality customer experience that not only earns your business but also your recommendation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is made up of licensed, highly trained electricians with years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical systems. In addition to state licensing and required certifications, our technicians undergo ongoing training to stay current with the latest technologies — including EV charging systems, generator installation, smart home integration, and updated electrical codes. We combine formal education with real-world expertise to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
