I am a Long Island based photographer whose work focuses on fashion and portraiture. I take more of a photo-journalistic/lifestyle approach to my photography; so most of my pictures have a natural, caught-in-the-moment, feel to them.
What I enjoy most is the ability to make my "new friends" happy; to be able to suspend time in their photographs, allowing people to relive those moments each time they look at their images. That's the ultimate goal with every person I encounter.

April shot my husband and my convalidation ceremony today at the church and also did some photos that we wanted afterwards around our neighborhood in Manhattan. Prior to our meeting she was super fast to communicate and respond to any questions I had. When we showed up to the church today she was already there and took so many wonderful photos and was able to capture exactly what we wanted in these photos. Even better was the turnaround time with the photos - we have them already. Would without a doubt recommend her and will hire her again the next time we need a photographer!

April showed up on time, and immediately asked if there was anything that she may help with; I was pleased. She was very pleasant and kept busy. I appreciate that she captured images of all guests as they arrived. Usually at parties I ask photographers to take a group shot of the guests, but I forgot. I'm happy she captured everyone who were in attendance. When I saw the gallery, I was impressed with the great quality of the pics. I was also happy with the quick turnaround. Thank you, April!

I hired April to photograph my daughters 5th birthday celebration, and I cannot recommend her enough. Prior to the event she answered all of my questions and concerns with no delay. She was courteous, professional, and her prices were very affordable. She went above and beyond at the event and the photos were gorgeous! Every one loved them and the turnaround time was quick. Her candid photos were my favorite. I was pleasantly surprised by some of the moments she captured that I never even knew she was taking. I’ve cycled through the photos a million times already. I am so happy I found her. I have ZERO complaints and will be calling April for all of my photography needs. Amazing job!

I cannot say enough great things about April. She recently photographed my engagement party. She was so professional, kind and upbeat. She jumped right in and was snapping photos right and left.
