The only issue I have with this company is related to pricing transparency. Tom came out to service my snowblower, and the evening before the appointment, he sent me a quote outlining what to expect: • Simple fix (30–45 min): $85 • Moderate fix (1–1.5 hrs): $120 • Major repair (carb rebuild/replacement, belts, auger issues): $185 My snowblower had been serviced previously but wasn’t used at all that winter, so I wanted to make sure it was ready to go before using it again. Tom arrived at 12:18 p.m. and left at 1:20 p.m. The work involved blowing out the carburetor and ensuring the machine was running properly. While I understand this was a home service call and I do appreciate that he got the snowblower up and running, I was charged $200, which was higher than the pricing he had quoted the night before. My concern isn’t about the service itself, but about being quoted one price and charged another without clear communication. Overall, I just believe pricing should match the quote provided, or at least be clearly explained.

Tom was absolutely amazing! Cannot recommend him enough. He came and helped with our home gym equipment, and made sure everything was perfect before he left. He even was able to fix some other things we had throughout the house. Was extremely nice and truly would recommend him to anyone.

Tom is very knowledgeable about this work. He was very professional and punctual. He explained the job and agreed on pricing before working on the snowblower. He cleaned out the carburetor, also tightened up the snowblower handle which was loose. Explained the proper process to winterize the snowblower to avoid this issue.
