Nisi Home Improvement replaced the deck/floor of our Victorian front porch and the roof on our garage (tear-off.) They fulfilled our expectations in every way and were a pleasure to work with. We felt their pricing was fair, they were on time, worked efficiently, supervised their crew appropriately and cleaned up thoroughly. Plan to have them back for additional projects. Budget was changed to take care of additional challenges that arose during the project.

Outstanding job. Carlos came just to repair gutters but we end up fixing the whole roof. His crew manage to get it done in two days. Very clean, fast and reliable service. I would definitely recommend Nisi Home Improvement, Reasonable prices, great service, amazing workmanship.
