Doug responded right away. He visited my home the same day. Doug returned at my request 2 days later. He and his partner arrived at the scheduled time. Doug was great to work with. Responded right away on Thumbtack, was at our house the next morning and completed the job exactly as described. He and Joe encountered some hiccups with the install but worked through each and fixed a couple of other issues as well. I recommend.

Replaced previous old conditioner that handled two floors of our Tudor house. New unit works much better than the old air conditioner ever did. Completed installation within a day. Very satisfied with their work.

We hired Doug and his crew to set up central air on the ground floor of our house (we already had existing ducts for our heating system) and mini split ductless AC units in the bedrooms on the second floor. From start to finish Doug was punctual, clear, answered any questions I had (very responsive over the phone for last minute questions), and at the start and end of each phase of the project he always met with us to go over what would be done and to check in to make sure we were satisfied with the work after it was done or answer questions. The work was completed quickly. Unlike other contractors, there was no lull in the work. His crew worked diligently to get the work done in a timely fashion. Now that the weather has been warm enough to use the AC, we couldn't be happier. The central air cools the house quickly amd queitly amd the ductless mini splits he installed by LG are attractvie and do an excellent job cooling our large bedrooms. Whats more, we always get compliments on how nice they look. I highly recommend this company.
