I needed a new hot water tank replaced and Smart Air Technologies solved my issue.

I can’t say enough about all aspects of doing business with Alex from Smart Air. My HVAC heating system was not working. After calling several places who wanted to charge me an arm and a leg and couldn’t get out to me for two days, I kept searching as we couldn’t go days without heat. I spoke to Alex directly, he was out to my house in a matter of two hours! He quickly diagnosed my problem. Ran out to get the part and I was back up and running within four hours!! Alex was professional and thorough and patient when explaining to a novice what the issue was. I would absolutely recommend Alex for any future work I need done.

Alex and his other Technician were prompt and professional. Alex was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and guide me on what I needed to do about the warranty. He came out to further inspect the problem and replaced my Hot Water heater the next day after he picked it up from Home Depot. I also like the notification feature they have. Very useful on estimating their arrival. I would use them again and recommend their services.
