Alex and his team came on time. My heating system was not working properly. They were very professional with their diagnosis and fixed the issue. My heating unit is working perfectly now,like new. Plus I saved money hiring them. I am going to be using smart air technologies for my HVAC system. I will recommend you to hire them.

Alex and his other Technician were prompt and professional. Alex was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and guide me on what I needed to do about the warranty. He came out to further inspect the problem and replaced my Hot Water heater the next day after he picked it up from Home Depot. I also like the notification feature they have. Very useful on estimating their arrival. I would use them again and recommend their services.

Alex was a true professional texting me to share his estimate time of arrival and arriving at the stated time. Unfortunately the equipment was faulty and the installation was not completed. Alex made several attempts to get the equipment to work,explaining the problem and taking me step by step to get it to function properly.

Hired to replace old thermostat with a smart thermostat. Had previously used a task rabbit tasker who failed. This was such a relief. These folks were pros and knew exactly what they were doing. Price seemed reasonable too. I would definitely hire again for further HVAC needs

Alex and his team did a wonderful job diagnosing and fixing our attic fan problems. From start to finish, Alex was extremely responsive, communicative, punctual, and professional. Our attic fan is super old and the parts were no longer manufactured, but Alex was able to source universal parts that worked and came back to install them. He was clear in explaining what was wrong, what was needed and why. I felt like he was a great partner to work with and will 100% be calling Alex for any future HVAC needs. Can’t recommend him enough!
