Simply stated, I am very knowledgeable and secondly, I care. For example, many people misdiagnose the best way to train to lose body fat. People look at the number on the scale which I know means nothing. It is muscle and body fat and I know that someone’s goal should be to lose body fat, not pounds. The best way to lose body fat and maintain muscle is to circuit train, not the treadmill, elliptical or running. Sure, those will aid to lose weight and body fat but circuit training will aid to lose body fat and maintain muscle simultaneously. That was just an example. I also have a bachelor’s degree and studied nutrition which I will help you with as well. It feels so good to make people I train happy with their appearance. My heart is in it 100% and when I train you, you will have my full attention. Moreso, I am very dedicated. I ran two marathons, studied martial arts, and have obtained many other fitness achievements. My dedication will be focused on you and I will yearn for you to succeed with my training. I love interacting with people and have been told numerous times that I have a great personality. Moreso, it it so rewarding making someone happy with his/her physique. I am happy but more importantly, you are content. As I said above, I am very dedicated. Hence, I work very hard for you to succeed and accomplish your goal training with me. Gary has been a great trainer! He really motivates me to push through the workout even when I think I can't do it. I have come a long way since day 1 when I could hardly do 1 pushup. I would absolutely recommend Gary to anyone looking to get in shape!

Gary is an excellent trainer! He evaluates your bodies strengths and weaknesses to see how he can personally help you strive to get to your goals. I've been working with him for a short period now but, can see results already! Gary definitely knows his stuff.

Gary is amazing! He's the reason why I can actually do push ups now haha! He is super nice and he really motivates you. I feel stronger and more confident and enjoy working out with him. If your looking for a personal trainer I would recommend Gary. He is reliable and works with your schedule and wants to help and see you improve!

Gary is very nice. He always on time Helps me with my workout so I do the exercises correctly so I get the most out of my workout & don't hurt myself I am a grandmother trying to be healthier to keep up with my wonderful grandkids. He is able to modify exercises to work for me having osteo arthritis there are some I am not able to do the way most do them.
