Lucas is a lifesaver for anyone looking to breathe new life into an older laptop!
He quickly upgraded my 2019 laptop and brought it up to 2025 standards—saving me from spending nearly $1,000 on a new machine.
The battery had not been keeping its charge and it had been super sluggish. He quickly diagnosed that I needed a new battery and a ram upgrade.
The battery needed to be replaced immediately, apparently it was slightly swollen and could have leaked and ruined the whole computer! It was easy to see when we put the new battery next to the old one.
The ram helped the computer run and load SO much faster. I had been struggling with paying bills and streaming, it would take so long!
Lucas was communicative, near, and patient. He explained what was wrong and how the computer parts all work together, which I found interesting even though I can’t remember all of it.
I’m so happy I found him to help me fix my existing system rather than buy a whole new laptop, I only spent about $100 on the parts plus his time.
If you’re thinking about upgrading or repairing your tech instead of replacing it, I can’t recommend Lucas enough.
