I hired **KMA Engineer** to prepare engineering plans for rebuilding my porch. When the plans required modifications, **Cheema Navkiran, also known as Kenny Navkiran**, repeatedly promised that the revisions would be completed. Those promises were not kept.

After multiple missed deadlines and excuses, he has now **completely stopped communicating**. For more than **two weeks**, I have repeatedly called, texted, and emailed him. He has not returned a single call, text, or email.

This is completely unacceptable and, in my experience, extremely unprofessional. These are engineering plans connected to an active construction project and permit process. A client should not have to chase down a professional simply to find out whether work that was promised is actually going to be completed.

I gave him more than enough patience and multiple opportunities to respond. Even a 30-second message explaining the situation would have been better than simply disappearing and ignoring a client.

At this point, his lack of communication has **delayed my project, wasted my time, and forced me to consider hiring another professional to complete work that should already have been handled.**

Based on my experience, I would **not recommend KMA Engineer or Cheema "Kenny" Navkiran**. If you are considering hiring him, I strongly recommend taking my experience into consideration—especially if your project has deadlines or may require revisions after the original plans are prepared.

Totally deceitful and incompetent as the most recent reviews stated. Took in project and deposit, didn’t understand anything, sent incomplete redacted garbage and called it a “simple error” only to be completely disappear and stop communicating. Shame on this person but more so on Thumbtack for allowing such folks to stay on the platform. NEVER USE HIM!
