Ryan is absolutely the best CPA you could ask for! He has prepared and filed my Federal and State returns for several years. Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, informative, and friendly. He has made the stressful and tedious task of getting my taxes done incredibly easy. He does everything he can to help you through the entire process. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in charging a price that is fair both to them and to me. I am here to help you this year and in future years, not to get rich quick.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the customer in person of possible, but at a minimum over the phone to establish a relationship, then I will listen and offer an honest assessment of my clients needs. I will not put their interests in harms way if I am not the right man for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an bachelors in Accounting from Manhattan College and hold my CPA in the state of New York
