- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent and fair pricing. Every project is different, so we provide detailed estimates based on the scope of work, materials, timeline, and site conditions. We focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable service rather than cutting corners. For larger renovation or construction projects, we work closely with clients to help value-engineer options that fit their budget while maintaining quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to understand the client’s goals, budget, and timeline. From there, we schedule a site visit, review drawings or existing conditions, and discuss design and construction options. After providing an estimate and project scope, we guide the client through scheduling, permits, material selections, and construction. Communication is very important to us, so we keep clients updated throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on construction and project management experience in both residential and commercial projects. We work closely with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Our team has experience managing renovations, additions, restaurant build-outs, spa projects, and high-end residential work.
