About BJs Home Inspection

hired 1 time on Thumbtack

We offer home inspection with free termite, mold, lead, and asbestos inspection by New York licensed professional engineer (P.E), New York State licensed engineer.

We are conducting home and commercial property inspections throughout Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Brooklyn. We are also a New York State licensed termite inspector, so that we can conduct both the property inspection and the required termite inspection at the same time. Our clients save both time and money by having one person perform both inspections.

Additionally, we are certified as home inspectors by New York Department of Licensing Services.

We bring to our inspections more than 15 years of expertise in designing electrical, structural, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and fire protection systems for both residential and commercial properties. We also have had both electrical and structural training.

We have performed hundreds of inspections throughout Long Island, from New York City to Montauk, ranging in size from small beach cottages to multi-million dollar Hampton homes. No job is too big or too small.

Our fees are competitive, and set according to the size and scope of the inspection.

Q. What types of customers have you worked with?

A. The home Inspection includes, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Roof, Exterior, Interior and Termite. We also check the lead,Asbestos and Mold. We use Infrared camera for thermal imaging to find hidden problems.

Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A. In USA statistics shows most of the Home Inspections are not conducting by Engineers, they may be licensed as 'home inspectors', but such licenses are not recognized by the State of New York as having the same level of competence and authority as an Engineer’s license. So select a licensed Professional Engineer for your Home Inspection.
